UC Berkeley - Campus Shared Services

As the communications specialist for the Campus Shared Services unit at the University of California, Berkeley, I developed a series of strategic and tactical communications plans as part of the implementation of a new centralized shared model of administrative services. This included not only communications plans, but a unit specific style guide, and designing and developing an interactive website, as well as a wiki for internal communications. In addition, I led a campus-wide effort to bring each department onboard which included presentations, training sessions, and public relations.
